Terms and Conditions:

• All Information contained in this document is only a summary of our Terms and Conditions. Please notice that only the detailed terms and conditions in german language are obligatory for each deal and contact with our bakery.
  
• All of the information requested in the order form is required to process your order. This data is recorded and stored for internal use only and will never be released to third parties. The contract is deemed constituted when we receive your order.

• The minimum order quantity is 2 Stollen. As a rule, all orders into foreign countries are shipped within 3 to 14 working days. Still, delivery times may vary and are not under our influence (see the Shipping Costs page for further details). Please make sure that the parcel can be handed over to the recipient. Should the recipient not be available, the parcel will be returned by the parcel service and we must charge additional shipping fees.
  
  
  
• If you request a specific shipping date, we will make every effort to ensure your Stollen are delivered on time. However, we cannot offer a guarantee of any kind concerning delivery dates, as transport services are entirely out of our control. • We reserve the right to change the proportion and/or kind of the ingredients of our products in the interest of quality improvement or to respond to variations in quality of raw materials. The applicable ingredient list is always the printed version on our product's package.
  
  
  
• The total amount invoiced to you is the sum of the prices of the products plus shipping costs . Please read the information below concerning methods of payment. All prices quoted are final.

• International orders of reasonable amounts for personal use are not subject to custom formalities or customs and excise duties.

  
  
  

• Any damage occurring during transit must be send to us in written form by the recipient of the parcel. Goods found to be otherwise defective must be returned within 5 days. With lack, which are due to us, guarantee of requirements of the buyer on a replacement or a refundation of the purchase price, after selection of the salesman is limited. Beyond that going requirements are impossible.
  
  
  
• Our Stollen are fresh bakery products for immediate consumption. With correct storage (cool and dry, see specifications on the lable) a longer durability is possible, but we take no responsibility concerning durability beyond the date printed on the label!

• All goods remain our property until full payment has been received. The contact is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For corporate customers, the competent jurisdiction is the Mayen 56727 court (Germany).
